A female-only, somewhat overpowered race. Primarily made with screenshooting in mind.

Version: 1.1
Size: 241MB
Requirements: Unofficial Oblivion PatchHGEC Body Replacer

“A legion of living golems made as part of a now abandoned Dwemer project, the Dolls were created to be masters of all fighting styles and strive to fit in with the Imperial society…”

I’ll admit that yeah, maybe this race is a little overpowered… but meh, to be completely honest I made this race primarily for taking pretty pictures. I did clean it up a bit so now it CAN be used for actual gameplay.

The following is relevant for both race variations (FEMALE ONLY), unless otherwise specified:

Strength 35
Intelligence 40
Willpower 40
Agility 45
Speed 55
Endurance 30
Luck 50
Personality 25

Skill Bonuses:

  • Mercantile, Speechcraft: +10
  • Blade, Blunt, Hand-to-Hand, Marksman: +5

  • Immunity: Resist Disease (100)
  • Doll Resistance: Magic Resist (25)
  • Protection!: Shield (50% for 60 secs), Summon Golden Saint (60 secs)

I’ve made two eye sets for this race specifically. There are normal and glow versions of each type. All up there are 52 eye choices.

There is a wide variety of hair choices for this race: 19 hairs from Ren’s Beauty Pack, 56 hairs by idkrrr (from the Corean, Saram and SulHwa races), 11 hairs from KumaKumaKokuma’s Lop Ears Elf race, 10 hairs from HISSSA’s hair pack and 26 hairs from the 2CH Hair Explosion set (Pr-ttyCure), for a total of 122 hair choices.

This archive is distributed in OMOD-Ready format. It allows you to manually extract and install like most other mods but it also allows you to use Oblivion Mod Manager and import this archive with all the settings pre-configured for an OMOD file.

Pick which method you are going to use for installation: Manual Install or OBMM Install.

  1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
  2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
  3. Copy files to OblivionData.
  4. Start Oblivion Launcher, click ‘Data Files’, place a checkmark beside the .esp.

Create the OMOD (do this section only once):

  1. Copy archive to (install folder)Oblivion/obmm/omod
  2. Start Oblivion Mod Manager.
  3. Click the Create button.
  4. Click the Add Archive button, find and select the archive, then click Yes.
  5. Click the Create omod button, then click OK when it finishes.

Install the mod using OBMM:

  1. Start Oblivion Mod Manager.
  2. Double-click the name of the mod in the right-hand side of the OBMM screen (icon should turn blue).

(NOTE: If the icon is red before you activate it, DON’T WORRY! Activate it anyway, and when it asks you if you want to override anything, say YES.)

Pick which method you are going to use for uninstall based on how you installed it: Manual Installation or OBMM Installation.

  1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck DesuChan’s Dolls.esp.
  2. Delete the following file and folders:
    • Oblivion/Data/Meshes/Characters/DesuChan’s Dolls
    • Oblivion/Data/textures/characters/DesuChan’s Dolls
    • Oblivion/Data/sound/Voice/Oblivion.esm/Doll
    • Oblivion/Data/DesuChan’s Dolls.esp

  1. Start Oblivion Mod Manager.
  2. Double-click the name of the mod in the right-hand side of the OBMM screen, click Yes. (icon should turn green)

This mod has been thoroughly tested and cleaned to ensure that there is no incompatibility with any other mod, and as such, no incompatibilities exist as far as I know. However, if you come across one, please inform me and I’ll fix it ASAP.

Hey there! I’m sorry to hear about your laptop~

Was there anything new you’d like to see with the next update? You’ve been such a great supported of my work that I’d like to add a little something for you to say thank you~

All is well- at least it is now. Had a rather nasty bout of the flu; it knocked me out for almost a month. Couldn’t even get on my computer, much less work on my real life dolls. I’m much better now, and back at work!

Sorry, which character are you referring to?

Sorry Ani. I was referring to the Dolls Character. The same could be said for the Persocoms character. I’m asking because they’re fun characters and I would like to use them as player characters. Or as companions via CM mods or another companion system.

Hope I Have properly answered your question and not babbled.

Love this mod, one minor issue I have is the thickness of the neck. Is there any way to make the neck thinner? Would I have to edit the HGEC meshes or doll head meshes?
